When you register at Library@Home, we ask you for personal information. We use this information to provide you with Library@Home service, including the processing of your orders and to communicate the status of your orders to you. We also use your email address and shipping address to send you information about Library@Home special offers, promotional announcements, survey questionnaires and newsletters.
Collection of Information and its Use
On registration for the Library@Home service, we ask for your full name, residential/official address, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address and a password and also the payment mode you prefer. This information is stored so that we can service your orders quickly and efficiently. Please update your information regularly on “My Account” if there is any change. We also track your order so you can access My Account and immediately determine which items you have ordered. We use your email address and mobile number to communicate information regarding despatch of books, promotions, special offers, newsletters, etc. and to reply to any queries that you may have about our service.
Disclosure
We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal identification (except as described in this section) to third parties without notifying you of our intent to share the information and giving you an opportunity to prevent your information from being shared.

You can access "My Profile" from every page on the site to update and correct your name, password, postal address, credit cards, etc. customers must be signed in to Library@Home to access this information. To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technologies become available. We make all efforts to ensure the security of your information on our system. However, no security system can be guaranteed to be totally secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and cannot assume liability for improper access to it.
